Headquartered near Koblenz, Germany, TITECH is the world’s leading manufacturer of sensor-based waste sorting systems.
Over 2,500 of the company’s systems are currently operating in 30 countries and we have the task of managing TITECH’s growing global network of PR agencies.
We were appointed by TITECH to enable the implementation of the business’s worldwide PR strategy by raising awareness of the company in strategically important territories, reinforcing its position as the global leader in its sector and creating the environment for sales.
Gunnar Kläschen, TITECH’s marketing manager, said: “Brand8 PR consistently provide us with sound strategic advice and they have the ability to understand and interpret complex technical information to enable our public relations activity to be effective across international markets.
“They have a refreshing understanding of the way traditional, digital and social media can be integrated with search to deliver results. As this approach is combined with strong project management skills, it makes Brand8 PR the ideal lead agency for our international public relations campaigns.”
We have established and manage a network of PR agencies in the UK, France, Argentina, Brazil and China with campaigns currently actively being undertaken in those territories.
TITECH recently entered the Latin American market when one of its systems was installed in a PET recycling plant near Buenos Aires, Argentina, and we are currently working with TITECH to widen its worldwide network.
The launch of TITECH in Argentina was particularly successful with positive coverage achieved in the two main national newspapers, influential business and environmental media outlets, on major radio stations and online with digital news outlets and bloggers. The campaign represented a return on investment of 38:1 for TITECH and the company is now entering the Brazilian market.
Brand8 PR managing director Rob Smith commented: “TITECH stands apart from the competition in its sector due to excellence of its engineering, the advanced technologies it employs and the level of customer service it provides.
“The company is transforming the way waste is recycled by being able to increase the recovery of valuable waste fractions by up to 25 per cent. Recycling is an increasingly important global issue which makes TITECH’s technology highly sought after.
“Our communications activity, and the network of agencies we manage to deliver it, is focused on ensuring the issues and opportunities around recycling are fully understood within each territory.”
